Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats “Blood Lust” CD Package ReDesign.

Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats Package Uncle Square One Uncle Square Two Uncle Vert One Uncle Vert Two Uncle Vert Three Uncle Vert Four CD Album artwork was the reason I wanted to get into Graphic Design. From High School to Sophomore year of College I accumulated over 300 CDs. The thing I was drawn to the most was the package design of the albums themselves. To me it was more about just the music, the packaging itself created an experience of it’s own. One package design that really stood out to me was Aesop Rock’s 2012 “Skelethon,” designed by Aryz. With this album, you didn’t just open it up and the CD was just there; Aryz forces the us to open it in a way that directs us to all the elements of his design. That was the inspiration to this CD package re-design for Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats “Blood Lust.” I force whoever wants to listen to the CD to open the whole package up, revealing the entire monument I photographed for the cover.

Wolfsgart ReBrand

Wolf One Wolf Two Wolf Three Wolf Four This is a rebranding of a German car show held in Vermont every summer. The show itself doesn’t really follow that strict of a brand besides the APR sponsorship. For this I made up what the tickets would look like, a small postcard sized ad that would be sent to people to remind them of the upcoming show, as well as what the registration tags that would be hung from the rear-view mirrors in the cars that would be competing for a trophy. All photos for this were taken by myself.

Recycling Statistics.

Recycle These are statistics on the recycling of cans and plastic. I took an illustrative approach to displaying the statistics, using different colored cans and bottles to make up the larger image of both a Coca-Cola can and a Pepsi plastic bottle.
